The Nova Open 10, September 

The Nova Open 10 will takes place on Saturday in late September on the Classic V212 “Red Wall” Arkendale Lane End – Walshford course on the A168.

The Headquarters is Arkendale Village Hall, a mile to the west of the start. There are places to turbo on the A168 north of the start on the west side.

Arkendale Village Hall

No one has broken the 30mph barrier on The Red Wall, the course record is held by Phil Graves with a 20:06.

 

V212 Start approx 3.5 miles south of Boroughbridge in entrance to A168 from old A1 (now a long lay-by) at a point approx 1 yard before “Clearway” sign. Turn left on to A168 and proceed to Walshford roundabout (4.72 miles). Encircle roundabout and retrace along A168 to Arkendale Road, to finish adjacent to central bollard at a red paint mark.
