National Champion Duggelby goes sub-50!

The 7th event in the Ceta Form Time Trial League was the 25 miler on the A168 near Boroughbridge.

The weather was warm with moderate westerly wind. 13 riders from Harrogate Nova and Moonglu took to the start line, on a mix of TT bikes and road bikes.

Special guest rider, Adam Duggleby (Addform) dipped under the 50-minute mark in a time of 49:59 on a TT bike. In 2nd place was Sam Straw (Nova) in 55:01 on a TT bike with Duncan Mullier (Nova) in 3rd place in 57:12 on a TT bike.

Rob Senior (Nova) was fastest on a road bike in 58:22.

Jo Wallace (Moonglu) was first lady on a road bike in 1:12:57.

3 road bike records were broken on the night: Rob Senior (men’s & vets); Sam Mullier (junior); Jo Wallace (ladies & lady vet).

Richard Buckle wins the Thew Cup for most improved Nova rider.
