Nova Road Race Sunday 14 June 2015
Hello all,
We're in need of some general marshall helpers on the day. We're probably only going to need around 10 people (other than those who have already volunteered.)
Duties will be helping with judging, signing on, car parking and a few marshall roles on the course, although most of this is dealt with by Traffic Management on the day.
There will be two main races - a Regional A 2/3/4 race starting at 9.30am, then a Women only 2/3/4 race starting at 10am.

Dear all
Thank you to those who have already volunteered to help on race day.
We are still in need of around 5 people to help with marshalling. The races start at 10am (5 laps) and 10.05am (3 laps). Can you let me know if available to help.
We also need a couple of people to man Norwood village hall to supply refreshments. Cakes/biscuits contributions etc gratefully received!!!

Dear all
Thank you to all volunteers who are helping for Sunday's Road Race. The men's race is full and the Ladies race has around 25 riders so far and might have more entries on the day.
I could do with 3/4 more people to cover marshaling points for an hour or so from 11.15am to the finish of the race. We already have marshals for this role, but I'm trying to ensure people aren't standing around for 2 plus hours.
If you could email me or message me if you can spare the time.
Also, I sent an email out about the race last week to all our registered club email addresses. So that we can keep this list up to date, if you didn't receive that email, can you email me so that we have your correct email address on record please. There were a few email addresses missing and quite a few returned, so several are obviously wrong.
