Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

Hi Duncan, I will certainly have a look at it, its supposed to cover all that sort of thing, full gears, bottom bracket, wheel tuning, maintenace etc! Im doing it at Edinburgh cycles in leeds, full 1 day course 10 am to 5pm, will let you know how good it is.

It's driving me mad, I don't know whether it's the tight cable run you get with TT bars and internal routing, the mech being knacked (new jockeys installed) or not straight or what!!!
