Good day Legends

Rumour from the Nova peloton this week is Stotty and Greg slept in until Tuesday after last weeks ride.....

Just when you thought how could we top last week, well our very own GC (Gravel Captain) Richar Pennock, is offering a Gravel Option alongside the Road Option! (This is not the Glorious Gravel some of the Nova team are riding on Saturday Morning). Hoping this is could be a regular fixture to the Nova Ride Calendar.

Check out this weekends route - out east on the flats - courtesy of Mr Sharples.

Please download map as it helps significantly when most know the route ahead.

As usual, there will be a few Groups:

- The Nova Train: Speed, attacking and pain is what its all about on the Train. If you need to ask the price of a Ticket, your legs cant afford it.

- B1,2,3 - various grades 18, 20+mph. The Bs are generally non-drop but if you are holding the overall group pace back, please drop back to a slower group behind you.
GC and group depending, the last 15 miles could be a drop zone as the pace and stronger riders press on.

Each Group will appoint a Group Captain (GC) on the morning, please support your GC on the ride as they govern pace etc.

Whilst BC Regs say 15 riders are permitted under C-19 restrictions, that still looks a lot in todays climate so could you please bear this in mind on the morning as Joe Public doesn't know BC regs.

As always, could be dropped, but no snot please!

We warmly welcome non Nova riders and if you like the rides, banter and pace etc, please do join our club to support its overall development.

Have a great ride.

Michael
