Moderate pace hill training

Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

Moderate pace hill training

Sunday 12th off in to the Dale for some hill training. Greenhow hill, down to Grassington, dales way up the Wharfe valley Buckden over to bishopdale, down to Aysgarth, West Witton, up Coverdale back to Kettlewell down to Appletreewick, Greenhow, menwith hill, and home. thats 100 miles and 6500 - 7000 ft.

Meet at Texaco Garage 10 am.

Just an observation; there is a bailout point at west witton to head home via masham for anyone looking for a shorter distance. Not encouraging it tho' ;-)

We had a great ride just over 100 miles, turned out to be 9500 ft of Dales hills, very hard, well done Neil.
Good to meet 2x possible new members, Byron and Bill, do come along for any other rides that you can.
