Feb 7th or 8th fast ride

Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

Feb 7th or 8th fast ride

All

The weather on Sunday looks horrendous with heavy rain and 50mph winds.

Saturday on the other hand looks quite settled in comparison.

Obviously if possible and things improve then we can do the RR but am happy to ride Saturday if it doesn’t.

What’s the consensus?

Ditto, Saturday the 8th (eighth) looking preferable
Sunday 9th (nineth) looking more than miserable!

I'm keen to go out on the 8th, but am racing on Sunday so wont be going too hard. 4hr Z2 super steady- no surging - 200w. I'll be heading off c 8am Prologue if anyone keen, but it wont be the hair-raisign burn-up we live for! (the Mrs wants to get out on her bike in the afternoon...) :roll:

Saturday fits perfectly for me so I’m in. I can’t make it to the RR this Sunday anyway.
