Saturday 30th Training (Medium) ride

Evening Nova’s Finest,

Going on a ‘Training’ ride at 10am from Prologue when it’s warmed up a tiny bit.

It’s a steady training ride, great for injury recovery, hangover recovery, chatting etc. No drop policy and would love to see some juniors and ladies make it if Interested.

Short route as it’s so cold.

Not sure I would call any ride up Greenhow a medium ride.

As it’s a steady training ride, totally happy to just invent ride as we go. Can turn left at Darley and miss out Greenhow all together. Point is that it’s a steady and social ride in the cold so just good to get out

Well hello Mr C.... I’ll meet you at Prologue at 10 am but I am slow and sadly I will pass on Greenhow.... I’m not good enough to get up Greenhow just yet!!!!! So yes I’m back in boyo!!!!

It's still too icy (the garden pond is even frozen solid). The memory of broken bones is still too fresh, so I'm going to wait until the afternoon.
