Sat 16th Feb - 2 - 2.5hr intervals

Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

Hi all, alternative to the club run again I'll be doing intervals this weekend but on Saturday, depending on number of riders can decide on a session layout....

Anyone keen..?

In. Could do a recce of the 10th March TT if of interest. Head out, do the course at sub FTP, and then steady back.

Otherwise intervals suit me fine.

What TT on the 10th March? I might be back to fitness by then. Still keen to use my (old) tt bike as I'm struggling with the position a bit.

I couldnt work out what the 10th march tt was! Forgot to say, 9am Sat? Prob won't do threshold as it doesn't do a lot for me just now

10th March is either YCF 10 at Brotherton or the Cleveland 21 at Stokesley. Stokesley is more fun.

Hello. Indeed, it is the Brotherton course on the 10th. Perhaps should have been more specific!

Did a v intense set last night so think I’ll make use of good weather tomorrow and head out on a longer ride. Got to get that CTL up a bit.
