Almscliffe Crag challenge SUNDAY 28TH OCTOBER

Post by simonkett » Mon Oct 22, 2018 12:46 pm

Don't forget about the runners vs riders event this Sunday!

We need to field a team of rider to take on the runners. It's a really good fun event & well worth doing.

Who's up for it?

Would love to have been around to do this Simon (as usual..!) but Helen has booked a weekend in Dublin for us this weekend so I'm out  Come on everyone who likes to mix a bit of running and riding - it's a great event - I can testify to it being quite addictive..! Great little social after it as well!

I'm in - don't forget clocks go back an hour though, so extra hour in bed!

I’ll be riding and running. I might even go the right way this time.

I’ve had less than ideal prep. This is the 8th day without riding due to a combination of life and bike woes #detraining.

I can't make it on sick note grounds but will also be in snowy Scotland at the time. As a dedicated non-runner I can really recommend this event though and since Greg isn't doing it the trophy is up for grabs.

Hi Bruno, hopefully I’ve posted a link to a flyer with the details above.
It’s a great event!
Ride up to the Crag, leave your bike with one of the marshals, run up to the rocks then back down, then ride back to the start.
Mtb shoes recommend!

You’ll love it :D
