MTB shoes and cleats are best. Not good in road cleats.

The most already battered / about to be replaced / disposable ones for me! :D

I'm in, what time do you need to turn up to(I assume) register?

Have you got enough people for a team Simon? Sounds good but juggling family stuff and Saturday more likely riding day for me, so I’m currently a maybe at best.
How long is the ride? Is it basically pretty direct to almscliff and back or are we talking some longer loop?

Hi Bruno
Last year the fastest rider (Greg) did the event in 36 minutes and the slowest rider 46 minutes on a fairly good day weatherwise - it might give you some idea - hope you can make it
