I'm going to ride tomorrow setting off from knaresborough at 8ish and aiming for 80 miles or so. I can meet at the Texaco garage if anyone else fancies it.

I'd be up for Sam's proposed ride on Tuesday too tho' - I need to get the miles in.

Enjoyed the ride out and gutted I had to cut it short. Had a good steady ride back with Ted through Wass, Coxwold, Helperby, Aldwark Bridge and Arkendale. Leg was OK if I just span the pedals but painful if I pushed it. Icepack & ibuprofen last night and hopefully a physio apt before I head off,
