Friendly Indoor Cycling For All

Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

Friendly Indoor Cycling For All

Post by Simon T » Tue Jan 10, 2017 1:52 pm

Hi All,

It's looking a bit wintry this weekend so an ideal opportunity to try an indoor cycling session at the new Go Revolution in Harrogate - lovely new bikes & studio (free towels, shoes, showers etc), brilliant instructors and friendly people. See attached flyer for 2 rides for the price of 1 in January.

The 'Revolution' Rides are more uplifting and fun - good for the mind & body
The 'Warrior' Rides are using the stats for proper training (power, RPM etc)
The 'Theme' rides are about having a party on a bike (eg. 80s tunes) !
There's also some Solo Ride time for personal training using power etc

Also, please let me know if you would be interested in a club night - the bike computers can calculate FTP and zones so we could all train together, even though we're at different standards, and have some social through the winter.

It's my wife's (Suzie's) new business so your thoughts, comments & feedback as special 'Nova' customers would be welcome.

Regards
Si (SAS)
