Hi all,
Planning the usual sort of fast club run starting 8.30am at Prologue 3-4 hours approx 19mph average. Probably heading east on some flatter roads initially & then into some hills to finish. So far Mantis, Rob B, Duncan & me.
Finish back at Prologue for coffee & cake for those that have time.
