Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

I'd rather not pass out, but I suppose it's a possibility. Just do what I do Greg and take your birthday as an extra special day when you can be extra specially grumpy.

Great ride today, amazing turn out, think we were 18 in total. Good route Si keeping it all together for the first half, a scattering of nova bodies littered all over the hills for the second half and a lively tuneful happy birthday for Greg over coffee!
