Ride Sat 25th Feb

Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

Ride Sat 25th Feb

Hi Everyone,

A few of us are planning a longer steady ride this weekend if anyone is interested? We are thinking a 90 to 100 miles at a nice steady endurance pace, some good hills but really steady and a cheeky coffee stop. Weather forecast looks nice and mild. POW at 09:00.

Anyone keen?

Hi Guys,

Quick update, Si Kettringham, Mantis, Ed, and myself are all in for a steady (and we really mean that) longer ride on sat. thinking 90 miles with a good coffee/feed stop. Due to longer ride time we are going to leave POW at 08:30. Post if you are planning on joining us, even if it is just for sections as we will leave sharpeish once everyone confirmed is there.

Forecast looks good, could be a bit breezy. What about heading out into the wind westwards, then we get a tailwind for the return trip?

OK, meet Prince of Wales roundabout 8.30, then meet up with some of the Nidderdale guys just after 9 at Darley Head, near Menwith Hill, then head out towards Gargrave. Cheers, Mantis.
