Prologue group ride - Saturdays

Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

Prologue group ride - Saturdays

Is there a regular '0830h' Nova ride from the Prologue shop on Saturdays or even Sundays? Any one meeting up this weekend for a medium ride out??

Prologue have started doing 'base training rides' on a Saturday morning. 9am start I think. Corrine went last week, said they did predominantly flat riding at 18mph ave. I'm thinking of going along this week.

No slouching around on the Prologue ride today! A mixed group of around 12-15 riders, 40 miles at a good speed with a couple of brief stop points to regroup! Great to meet other Nova riders too... :D
