Pennypot chaingang

Post by tallshawn » Mon Aug 25, 2014 5:53 am

For those who are interested - we've still got a few folks coming out on Tuesday nights for Pennypoy chaingang loops. 6:45 at the Army Foundation College taxi stand. Usually two loops, so about 22 miles. Sometimes we talk ourselves into something different and longer.

Anyone planning to come tomorrow night - bring lights. It's getting dark about 8:15, sunset about 7:50

If anyone is interested and available - tonight at 6:45 at the taxi stand. Last week Mark Q suggested a different route, it was a good time.

Any interest in tomorrow night? I've got child duty and it will be a squeeze to make it, but I am going to give it a try. If interested, let me know for some extra motivation....

OK, given that the Cycling Weekly article listed the Tuesday night chaingang, I thought I'd post to remind people. With the time change, we have plenty of light. Hopefully folks can make it out. Weather this week looks promising!

Hi Guys,

Welcome to Harrogate Nova!

I'm sorry the Tuesday night chaingang hasn't really got off the ground this year. I am aiming to be there tonight providing I can get away from work in time.

Meet in the taxi rank layby at the junction of Burley Bank Road & Pennypot Lane.

Any other takers - it's going to be a lovely evening!

Simon
