My autumn season has become non-existent - had a very early busy period with work and a kitchen replacement at home which is distracting me, so am now fat and slow(er). Hope to get back on it soon, but right now I'm nowhere. Enjoy, and see you on the other side!

Guys, I'm keen to be out tomorrow but am currently in such a deep work hole I am in BAD shape, so will stand even less chance of staying with you than normal. Gonna get some flab-loss miles in and try to get back to some sort of shape soon.

I'm planning on coming. Riding from home's gonna be too far this time so thought I'd park in Almsford and ride down from there (let me know if parking in Almsford's likely to be a problem - looked OK on google streetview).
