I am planning on 3 hrs or so On Sunday morning, 830 or 9am start. I am flexible on length, route, distance etc, just want a good 'typical' Nova ride

I can see that there is a ride on Saturday but will be racing so can't make that. Any interest for Sunday?

Having had a week off with illness this sounds like just the steady ride I need to get moving again, hahaha
