after today’s reintroduction to cycling, I’ll be going for a steady solo tomorrow.

I’ll prob go for a solo ride tomorrow and reintroduce myself to my bike. Depending on how it goes, may be up for a NovaDose on Sunday.

I’m off to Lakes tomorrow so can only do an hour really before I go. I was thinking of starting with the fast group at 0830 and hanging on until dropped as they hit the hills.
