Hi, Myself and Barry Martin are dusting off the cycles and would like to join you this week;)

I am up for a ride tomorrow, see you in the morning, 9am it is....

Hoping to be there 9am Sunday too and yep hanging on for as long as possible!

Usual Saturday ride is advertised (9am) as an easy ride to 'save the legs for Sunday' from the shop.

No slouching around on the Prologue ride today! A mixed group of around 12-15 riders, 40 miles at a good speed with a couple of brief stop points to regroup! Great to meet other Nova riders too...

Prologue group sounds good

Is there a regular '0830h' Nova ride from the Prologue shop on Saturdays or even Sundays? Any one meeting up this weekend for a medium ride out??

Great SECOND ability group ride last week, lets keep it going, need more Nova riders though - 6.45 @ the Army Foundation College. Should be a nice evening for it
