Wet, cold and windy it certainly was. My rear shifter broke with more than 10 miles to go, I didn't want to stop as my hands were no use except for hanging on to the bars so I had to finish the ride fixie style: that wasn't much fun. Thanks for an enjoyable day out: route was great, my legs felt like they had done enough climbing even if the mountain goats could have done more.... When is the next one?!!!
