Accompanied with his good friend Alex Beldon they both coped with the technical course brilliantly beating the magic 20mph / 30.00 minute mark by some margin. Joe finished with a 29.15 and Alex a fantastic 28.30. Both had raided their Father’s best kit including disc wheels to make the best of the good conditions finishing a brilliant 2nd and 3rd in the under 16 schoolboy section.

Promoted by Stockton Whs these are great events for the youngsters to try time trialling in a safe environment. There are two more scheduled to take place on 19th July and 15th August, details on CTT Website. They have vowed to return and Joe is now saving for some tri bars!
