Sun 24th fast ride

Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

I hope to be out but feeling extremely detrained after a bit of a break so may get a head start on you, see you en route then try and hang on for a while..there again I may do the usual and turn up late! Expect me if you see me but don't wait!

I’ve had a bit of a break too, so I’ll be there in detrained state with my ‘tash! Apparently it’s called a ‘dirty Sanchez’ style. I don’t suggest you google it....

Technically I’ve been de trained for over 3 weeks so I’m actually starting from scratch tomorrow.
