Thanks everyone. I'll start allocating jobs tomorrow. It closes in a couple of hours and we are approaching 80 riders. So it would be nice to double up on marshals in case the weather is as bad as it was for our first tts last weekend.

We are not snowed under with volunteers, so I don't have enough to share duties to keep it shorter I'm afraid. If anyone wants to swap then let me know.
