Probably leave Harrogate (POW if any other interest) about 08:00 and be out for 2-3hrs, not sure where yet but it will be a hilly ride and as I've had a crap week and not touched the bike at all it'd be good to test the body out a bit

Hi all, I'm going to head out in the morning for a ride as Sunday looks a complete wash out, unless you're into muddy CX racing that is!
