Weekend riding- Sun 8th Sept
Well the next couple of days look like a washout, but there may be a weather window sunday morning with the rain coming in late morning/ lunchtime. Now I'm no meteorologist and expect things may change, but keen for 40-50miles of suffering if not too bad. 9am Ripley or earlier if the weather looks more favourable for an early start. Any takers?

Hi Mark, not going to be able to join you I'm afraid, I'm heading to the cross race at Northallerton. Have a good one. Cheers, Paul.

What's with the return to the mud???
Re: Weekend riding- Sun 8th Sept
Looked in the mirror and decided I'm turning into an old fart, so thought some mud treatment on the skin would help!

Are you going to get your jersey dirty again?

I am hoping so Dave! The muddier the better, just like my old rugby days!

Mark , how about a 60 mile ride out in a North Easterley direction, they do cracking cakes and butties at the Northallerton CX and you could cheer us all on, forecast is starting to look better shame as I was looking forward to the mud

Already crossed my mind Tim. What is it about you crossers and cakes???
