Ride Sunday 21st

Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

Good ride today, pacey at times. Apologies for the shocking state of my legs. I consider my arse well and truly kicked, I remember how to get fit now and it hurts.

STEADY ( :o ) sunday ride with Greg and Big M!! Great ride, fantastic to escape the fog up in the hills. Good to have Chris along. Hope he enjoyed it and will join us again soon. He was looking sharp. Thanks all, looking forward to next weekend already!
