Ride Sat 20th Oct
Anyone fancy a ride out this Saturday, meet POW 8.30am. Don't mind what route, open to suggestions, 60ish miles? Can meet up with Nidderdale crew if anyone out?
Cheers, Paul.
Cheers, Paul.

Up for anything, need to go steady as body is creaking. Was thinking of frites and a beer later on, over at the Rapha supercross in Skipton to support the Nova crossers, so may peel off early, Mark

I was thinking a ride would be good, I have to find my bike first....
Re: Ride Sat 20th Oct
I plan to be out and would prefer something a bit hilly as I've entered Chemo and haven't ridden a hill all year.

Will be there. Not fussy on the route - compulsory coffee stop though
Weather forecast looks great, hoping the roads will have dried out so I can be on my best bike!

Frosty, in those wizened old words of every Mum, 'Well, where did you leave it last!'

I'm resisting the obvious retort.Mantis wrote:Frosty, in those wizened old words of every Mum, 'Well, where did you leave it last!'
My legs hurt, same again tomorrow

Yes, my legs hurt too! Great ride. Good to see so many out, I think there were 12 initially with a few turning off for a shorter route. Cheers everyone.

NIce steady ride turned in to a strava burn up from Leighton reservoir to Burnt Yates. Several KOMs and sprint segments re written i think , it was just one blurr of sufferfest and i remember a conversation about bargain Cervelo RS 5s from a light weight rider who doesnt need one!
