Was thinking of a couple of laps of Milby circuit steady, so probably go solo saturday a.m. Not sure 60-70miles with you guys makes for great race prep for me. Struggling with painful ribs at the moment, but still hope to race sunday!!

Hi Guys, I'm thinking of a day trip to the Lakes on Saturday for a good road loop. Possibly the Fred loop featuring a good few cafe stops, I'm wanting a good day ride but not at full gas as my knee is starting to twinge, open to ideas about where and how far if anyone else is interested.

I'm a possible, although my girlfriend is coming down this weekend, so if she's not game for 60 miles with you lot (how could she resist?!?). I'm missing out :-(
