If you have Zwift Companion app on your phone and you follow Dave, the event will appear under events. You can select that you are going, then it should just be there when you boot zwift up in the morning.

Hi Andrew,
Download the companion app on your phone or tablet. Login using your Zwift credentials and look for the notification for the group meet-up. Join the event.
For voice, the best bet is to use your phone or tablet and a Bluetooth headset. Download and install the discord app and use the link in this post to join the channel.

So to clarify will the event just start through the companion app or do I need my iPad and the main zwift app? Sorry but all new to me.

The companion app is like a remote control only. You need the main app to actually be in the world.

Hi Rob. He/you need to accept the meet-up otherwise he won’t be prompted. You may need the companion app to do this.
I’ve invited him but he’s not accepted yet.
