I am taking the boys to the CX nationals tomorrow, so can ride Sunday only this weekend.

Anyone keen for a ride: 830am, 4.5hr, 200-230w? Consistent and steady: not racing!

NPs Jez. Was thinking out Duck Street, Stumps Cross, up valley over Kidstones, via Aysgarth (new hooky bit), back via Masham. All steady, no racing. Guess 18mph, but no slacking! Here we go:
