27 December - 830am Prologue - 80 miler steady

Hiya,

Im out tomorrow morning. Si K is also keen (I hope!). Out Wharfdale to Kidstones Pass, back in via Masham. 80m, 6k ft climbing. I need to be back for 12-30-1pm for the panto. Folks more than welcome to come for first hour, or just to sit on wheels and chat/bit of company. 200w average = steady but constant. NOT racing up the climbs/going crazy. Saving that for Saturday.
