Sunday 21st moderate ride

I've been riding a few longish rides with my lad recently and plan on doing another ~3 hours on Sunday morning 9am ish. He's good at sticking to my wheel and we've done 4hours hilly at 16mph and 4 hours flat at 18mph. Not too bothered about the route. Any takers?

Had James not got a triathlon at Castle Howard Sunday we’d have joined you. It’s the sort of pace that we’ve been aiming for recently.
Hopefully next time we’ll be able to join

Would be a good one for Mark & I too, but can’t make it I’m afraid Duncan. Another time hopefully!
