Whoop,whoop, yay, the boys are both away on Scout/cub camp this weekend so I have a kid free day.
I can finally get out on a Saturday club run and with no pressure to get home even join the post ride coffee at prologue.
Looking forward to getting my legs ripped off in the promised sunshine
