As per my post on the fast group ride: Im going to join the fast group at Knaresborough (Texaco garage on Borobridge Rd) and see how long I can hold on. Will have the (21 year old) lad with me. Will probably stop for a coffee & regroup at Kirks in Ampleforth then come back at a steady pace.
