Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

Looks a really nasty route for a fat lad.
I need to get some longer rides in for the 312 so I’ll set off earlier (like 5pm this evening) and ride like I’m being hunted by a group of rabid bike riding psychos tearing each other apart. Love it!

Great route to ease back into after my lack of riding lately, gulp!
I'll ride from Ripley c. 8.40am and try and hold on as long as possible when you pass.
