Sun 6th -medium/fast STEADY ride- 1pm

Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

Sun 6th -medium/fast STEADY ride- 1pm

I’m out at 1pm from Prologue for a 3hr STEADY ride... 190-220w. 18-19mph. My legs are still sore from the “medium/fast” (!) ride yesterday..... so no racing up climbs. Prob head out Eastby Way. Let me know. Happy for folks to just sit in wheels; I’d appreciate the company!

Would have liked to but busy at 2pm. Next Sunday will try and get a steady one organised...?

Great idea Pete. I can only come out 1pm onwards .... have community gardening responsibilities on Sundays in January!
