830 at Prologue? No racing up hills! Steady 200-220w. 4hr. Happy for folks to join for some of or just to sit on. Anyone keen? (do I sound like Billy No Mates?!). Tom

Not sure I'm up for 4 hours but 3-3.5 should be fine.
Which means..... Let's do 4 and I'll be 30mins home late cos Tom have me a shoe-ing

https://www.strava.com/routes/16547992? 4hr 7mins door to door. I rode a longer version on my todd a few weeks ago, but rode it very steady. No racing up Kidstones!
Rich, cld meet you in Hampsthwaite (outside Sophies) at 850? Will help it keep closer to 3.5 (comes back in via Killinghall). Bruce, this will do you good!
