Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

There are a few that unfortunately can’t make tomorrow.

We are heading out at 9 from the shop for 2/3 hrs at hopefully a tempo social pace rather than the usual.

Is this like Simon’s tempo pace last Sat?!!! Hopefully I’ll make it depending on how I recover from the Ketteringham Denwood kicking tomorrow!
