Hi all,

Planning on doing 2 - 2.5 hour tempo ride on Saturday. Route to be decided, but likely to be flatter than usual & a steadier pace as I'm doing the Almscliffe runners V riders on Sunday.

Meet at Prologue 9am.

Anyone else up for it?
