Hello all.

A repeat of last weeks "steady" ride leaving from Knaresborough as usual at 0915.

Following my abysmal performance last week I'm hoping for modest improvement tomorrow. It surely cannot be worse. In terms of route:

Fast out to Aldwark and then turn East after the bridge towards York and then North to Sheriff Hutton. Easingwold for the break and then back to the start via Bishop Monkton. Alternatives on the day welcomed.

Think I'll have an early night and a big breakfast...
