I've spent the last 8 weeks off the bike with work commitments and holidays so am not ready to have my lack of fitness
highlighted by joining the Prologue café bash.If anyone fancies a steady run out East then I'll be at the Knaresborough meeting point opposite the Texaco garage at 9:15. Looks a little drizzly but otherwise fine. I'll aim for 50 miles or so, probably over towards Ampleforth and back, route to be advised but familiar ground for most. I'm aiming to get back between 12 and 1 including a short break.
