Club ride Saturday 14th July

Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

I'll volunteer to lead the ride on Saturday. I'll post a route tomorrow.

Meet in the usual spot opposite the Texaco garage in Knaresborough at 9.15 am.

I'm planning a ride out to Sheriff Hutton tomorrow to the fabulous cafe that we've been to before. I still need to put the route together but expect it to be around 80km. Hope to see you out on the bike.

Slightly over the advertised 80km! :lol:

93.6km, cafe at approx 55km, largely flat with the odd lump. As it's a flatter route I'd expect the pace to be 16 - 17 mph but we ride as a group so won't leave anyone behind
