I'm riding tomorrow albeit with James and Joe Turnbull so if any other Nova Juniors want to join us then we're heading out on an "unofficial" Cafe Bash leaving at Prologue at 8.30am to ensure we manage to get back to the cafe whilst there are still riders around :D

Make sure you give us a shout as you come barrelling past at twice our speed. :o

Cheers Rob

Think me and Corinne are planning to ride. Not sure I'm up to any heroics. Just a nice day out. Can someone save me a cake at the end?

Nice to meet you today at parkrun, Rob! #sprintfinish #chicked :o

Ha, ha Ellie, good to see you too and thank you

Given I'd used you as my pacer there is no way that I would have had the audacity to have sprinted past you at the finish - I'm not a runner if that is any excuse?? (20km ran this year!!)
