out to Hampsthwaite, up to Clapham Green and onto Duck Street before heading down to Thruscross and then joining up onto Duck Street again before going onto Bolton Abbey, Beamsley, Ilkley, Otley and home via Castley and Almscliffe Crag. coffee stop optional in Ilkley or Otley

same format as the Saturday group ride. 15-16mph avg speed and ride as a group. 9.30 meet outside Prologue.
