For those who would like a run out into Nidderdale on Sunday but are lacking the FTP to keep up with the fast group, I'm going on a hilly 50-55miles via Ripley-Masham-Lofthouse and back to Harrogate. Typical steady pace doing this solo is around 15-16mph with about 4,500ft+ of climbing. Likely to be faster with a group but some half decent fitness required.
If people are feeling good by the time we get to Pateley Bridge there's the option to throw in Greenhow Hill too
. That's unless Pott Bank has been too much already. Also happy to do a coffee stop at How Stean.
