Trying to dodge childcare! If I can, I thought I would potter around a few frothy coffee shops on a 5 miler, ensuring I don't break out in a sweat in my chinos and carefully ironed shirt

Planning on Tuesday and Thursday this week round pennypot. 6.45 at the taxi rank.

There is some gravel on the menwith hill road. So perhaps we take it easier along there.
