Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

Hi All,

Greg and I are planning an early start at 0830 back for circa 11/11:30. Meet at prologue.

Post if you are in so we know to wait.

Likely to be steady pace with a few faster pushes on the hills....usual chat but define regroup..... Unlike today!

Would love to but was coughing and spluttering around the place today. Give me a few weeks....

Change of plan - I might be keen.... jo not so...

We're out with the kids just after 10am so I'm going to have to stick with a 1hr solo penny pot/broaddub loop

Have a good one and hoping to be out again before heading back to work on the 4th
